would recommend for a little getaway

Stunning resort, vibrant amenities, with excellent outdoor swimming pools and entertaining night shows that truly made our family stay enjoyable and memorable.

Utterly happy with everything.

I thought I was arriving at a luxurious retreat, but was met with moldy rooms and a buffet that vaguely resembled cafeteria food. I almost gave a good review, but the misplaced priorities here surely ruined it. Can someone explain why I didn’t get a complimentary upgrade? Clearly, it’s all about the other guests, not me.

The staff exuded warmth and friendliness, making us feel welcomed at every turn. The vibrant pools were a delight, and we enjoyed peaceful walks through the lush gardens.

However, the check-in was disorganized and took too long. Our room had several maintenance issues, including a pesky noisy AC and a mini fridge that didn’t function properly.

The family enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere, especially the beachfront lounge chairs and the lively evening shows. Playing tennis in the morning was a fun bonus that kept everyone active.

The check-in process took too long, over an hour, and there was a loud party in the lobby that made it difficult to hear. Our rooms were dirty upon arrival, with issues such as a malfunctioning fridge and stained pillows. The dining options were very limited, and the food quality was poor, which made our experience even worse.

The variety of pools is impressive and perfect for families while the lively entertainment at night kept us engaged. The kids club was a hit with my children making the stay delightful.

Service at the buffets experienced long waits, and some staff struggled with English, making communication challenging at times.
